‘Professional Response' - a reliable carrier who are long established and well organised.
5) Is there a charge for delivery?
On orders over £299 there is no charge to you for delivery
6) How long will delivery take?
Delivery lead-times vary – but the lead-time is indicated on the last page before you proceed to check out.
7) What happens once I place an order?

8) How do I track my order?

10) What is your returns policy?
Once you have received your products from ‘Beds-By-Barkers’ you have 7 days to decide if you wish to return them. If returning goods they must be in the condition they were when sent out to you, in their original packing and they must be un-used. We will however make a charge of £50 for the collection charges that we will incur and we will deduct these from your credit/debit card refund.
Mattresses that have been slept on cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. Also, any items that have been specially tailored to your own requirements, such as a 200cm wide bed, will not be taken back unless there is a manufacturing fault.

12) Are the products you sell guaranteed?
All the products we sell come with at least a 1 year guarantee and some come with a longer guarantee, such as Slumberlands 5 year guarantee.
13) I saw a product elsewhere - can you get it?
Probably – as we have access to the majority of products on the market. Phone us on 0114 2332222 and we will let you know if we can get it for you.
